The arrangement is lovely and delivery was great. I really like the basic arrangement but paid extra for a "deluxe" version which turned out to be a couple of additional carnations (?!?) which didn't add anything to look or feel of the arrangement. Oh well....I'll stick with the basic next time.

Great customer service. When the orchid that was displayed on my flower choice wasn't available, the florist called my up a texted my wife a picture of a more expensive replacement flower and asked if that would be acceptable. no additional charge. Wow. Great service and very timely delivery!!
