Very happy with my first order with Pacific Palisades Village Florist. I was happy to see that on the ordering page, they let me know up front that the vase might not be the same as pictured, and provided a space for me to make a special request to use the lovely vase in the picture. After I placed the order, a lady called and told me that they didn't have that vase, and she texted me several options to choose from. I chose the one I liked and when the order was being delivered, they sent me a picture of what it looked like. Amazing! Great support and communication. My sister loved the bouquet, and it looked fresh and gorgeous. Thank you!
